Do you offer estimates?
The online project estimator on this site gives you an early planning range, not a bid, quote or guarantee. A real number comes from a project-specific proposal once we understand the property and the scope.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Fredericksburg and work across the Texas Hill Country, including Kerrville, Comfort, Boerne, Johnson City, Stonewall, Harper, Mason and Llano. Farther-out projects are considered based on scope and schedule.
Do you build guest houses?
Yes. A guest house raises the same questions as a main home: access, utilities, site work and how it relates to the rest of the property.
Do you take on historic homes?
Yes, we do historic preservation work. With an older home, the existing structure is part of the scope, so we investigate before assuming.
Do you do commercial work?
Fusion is primarily a residential builder: custom homes, remodels and renovations. We also take on selected commercial remodel and tenant-improvement work when the scope fits.
Who runs the job day to day?
David leads planning and the project, and our foreman, James Riggs, carries that plan into day-to-day construction.
How long have you been in business?
Fusion has been serving Hill Country homeowners since 2010.

Do I need plans before reaching out?
No. Existing plans help, but the property, a needs list, photos and clear priorities are enough to start a useful conversation.

We can talk about that during intake. Share your current plans, the property and the decisions that are still open.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your information before the next conversation. Submitting is the start of a conversation, not a construction agreement or a final estimate.
